Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning

Grease from the kitchen travels into the hood, through the vent hood filters, into the ductwork that leads to the exhaust fan on the roof.  Grease is a fuel that can ignite with a simple spark from the kitchen cooking line and spread throughout the attic and onto the roof in seconds causing severe damage and potential loss of life.  The owner of the exhaust system has the ultimate responsiblity to ensure the exhaust system is safe.

All Fire Extinguishers that we service are inspected and rechardged in accordance with federal, state, and county requirements by a competent person.  We however, do not assume any responsiblity for malfunction, as such imperfect performance may be due to causes beyond our control.

Hoods Hawaii's Photo Inspection Program is a key element in our quality control program and commitment to transparent communication with our customers.

All jobs will be documented with pictures of the kitch exhaust systems and made available to our customers, providing assurance that their facilities are being maintained to code and operating safely.  Photo reports provide verification of NFPA 96 compliance and idetify areas which needs to be followed up.
